Licensed Practical Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility (Hiring Immediately)

Our facility runs 24-hours a day with shifts from 6 : 00 a.m. -2 : 30 p.m.; 2 : 00 p.m.-10 : 30 p.m.; and 10 : 00 p.m. -6 : 30 a.m.

• Evening shift is eligible for shift differential totaling : $5.10
• Night shift is eligible for shift differentials totaling : $6.25

A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is available for full-time positions.

Subject to applicable taxes. Paid over 1 year and requires a 12-month commitment. This bonus is not available to current UVM Health Network employees, or those employed within the last 12 months.

A relocation assistance bonus is available for eligible candidates.
