We are seeking a licensed attorney to join our team as an Intake Attorney. This is a serious, high-pressure position that requires a balance of warmth, efficiency, and strategic client management. Key Responsibilities

• Case Evaluation and Intake : Conduct initial phone consultations with potential clients to assess case viability, including gathering essential details about personal injury matters such as car accidents.
• Client Conversion : Effectively "sell" our services by highlighting the firm's strengths, building rapport, and guiding clients to sign electronic contracts promptly during the call.
• Note-Taking and Documentation : Take diligent, accurate, and efficient notes during consultations; set up new client files in our internal system quickly and thoroughly.
• Client Management : Be welcoming and professional on the phone while maintaining efficiency. Politely disengage from calls for cases we do not handle or choose to pass on, redirecting focus to viable opportunities.
• Process Control : Keep potential clients on track during conversations. If they begin asking extensive questions about laws or case specifics, encourage them to sign contracts first to proceed with detailed discussions—ensuring we provide value without offering free extensive legal advice.
• Time Management : For standard, run-of-the-mill cases (e.g., typical car accidents), limit extended discussions (e.g., beyond 30 minutes) while remaining friendly; for larger or more complex cases, invest additional time as needed. Maintain a friendly demeanor while being strategically persuasive to secure sign-ups.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the firm to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to overall intake efficiency.
