Cleaner / Spotter

Lapels has pioneered a unique Dry Cleaning Program that features a boutique like, Environmentally Friendly Dry Cleaning Experience. Lapels has been heralded as The Future of Dry Cleaning since 1999 when they started building a different kind of Dry Cleaning operation.

The Cleaner / Spotter of an Environmentally Friendly Lapels Plant is responsible for ensuring the overall production quality and profitability of garment cleaning. We typically look for a Cleaner / Spotter with three (3) years of industry experience, who not only has prior knowledge of running a Dry Cleaning Plant but is also open-minded to seeing the benefits of using the Lapels program and systems of production.

At Lapels, a Cleaner / Spotter will daily be responsible for such items as :

• Professional Spotting – including recognizing the type of stain and either pre-spotting or post spotting that garment
• Running dry cleaning loads
• Finishing of garments
• Overseeing finishers & pressers to ensure quality work at profitable production levels
• Overall control of work
• Sorting of garments to proper stations throughout Plant

Previous experience working as a cleaner / spotter, cleaner, housekeeper, custodian, or in general labor please apply! Or previous experience working at McDonald's, Walmart, Burger King, Wendy's, Subway, or Taco Bell please apply!
