About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and limitations through standardized tests and clinical observation.

Develop and implement customized treatment plans to improve daily living and vocational skills.

Provide therapy focused on motor skills, coordination, strength, and cognitive functioning.

Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications.

Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist.

NBCOT certification preferred.

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Experience in [hospital, outpatient, SNF, school, or home health] setting preferred.
