Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : Somerville, TN - 38068

Duration : 32 Weeks

Normal Shift : 06 : 00 AM – 02 : 00 PM

Evening & Weekend | 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM (Every other weekend)

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of LPN clinical experience

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Tennessee or compact state).

CPR / BLS certification required.

Strong assessment, communication, and emergency-response skills.

Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend.

Knowledge of HIPAA, infection control, and standard precautions.

Skills & Competencies :

Clinical skills : medication administration, wound care, vitals, injections, specimen collection

Patient care and ADL support

Critical thinking and problem-solving

Professionalism and confidentiality

Active listening and interpersonal communication

Computer literacy and medical documentation

Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations

Minimum 1 year of LPN clinical experience
