Job descriptionAnalyze inventory data to determine optimal product placement. Develop slotting strategies that reduce travel time and improve picking efficiency. Pull and manipulate data using SQL queries. Apply advanced Excel formulas to calculate and visualize slotting paths Prepare reports and recommendations for operational improvements. Partner with local operations teams to understand current processes and pain points. Communicate findings and proposed changes to stakeholders effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field 3–5 years of experience minimum in a supply chain analyst role Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills, with experience querying and transforming large data sets Advanced Excel experience (including manual formulas) Inventory management experience Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and key performance indicators (KPIs) High attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with SAP Warehouse Management or EWM Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) Background in Industrial Engineering or Lean Process Improvement Knowledge of warehouse slotting principles

Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Slotting Analyst to join our inventory control focused supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in warehouse data analysis with a strong command of SQL and Excel. This role will play a critical part in turning complex data into actionable insights to drive decision-making for a major supply chain modernization initiative.

- Conduct on-site audits of warehouse pick paths and travel patterns.
- Map and document building layouts, including shelving levels and order picker zones.
- Evaluate how associates currently group work and navigate through locations.
