We offer a RN Straight Night Position with a $2.50 differential.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a pivotal role in providing individualized nursing care to residents through the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning and implementation.

The RN is responsible for patient assessments, education, and multiple nursing interventions, ensuring each resident receives the best possible care. In this role, you may serve as the charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while providing guidance and support to guarantee safe and effective resident care.

Functions will be within the standards of nursing practice as defined by state regulations, ensuring compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and ethical guidelines established by the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred; a Bachelor's Degree in nursing is advantageous.
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Commit to obtaining and maintaining department-specific competencies and certifications.
