• Create and maintain a variety of technical documentation including user manuals, operating instructions, online help, release notes, and knowledge base articles..
• Collaborate with agile teams, including software development, quality assurance, product management, and program management to ensure timely delivery of documentation and localization deliverables.
• Produce infographics, illustrations, and screenshots to effectively illustrate products, features, and workflows.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to departmental style guidelines and contribute to the continuous improvement of these standards. The hourly range for this position is $34.00-$43.00.
