About the Role :

We’re searching for a dedicated Xactimate Estimator who will play a critical role in our property restoration team. In this role, you’ll work on diverse restoration projects, supporting our mission to go beyond simply restoring homes – we aim to set the standard for quality and care in property restoration.

Compensation :

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive scopes in Xactimate for fire, water, vehicle impact, tree collapse, and other property damage scenarios
  • Document work according to TPA / Insurance Company guidelines
  • Work with various tools, including DASH, Matterport, and MICA reports (prior experience a plus)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Negotiate with insurance companies to secure positive outcomes for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
  • Maintain set profit margins while delivering quality results

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience
  • Proficiency in Xactimate
  • Experience in the restoration industry, with a self-starting attitude and a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently

  • Competitive annual salary : $70,000 - $90,000, with room for growth as you contribute and add value
