We are seeking a Construction Senior Project Manager to join our Data Center Innovations team in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee project management and engineering activities from design through construction.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Prepare client and subcontractor change orders.
• Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coach and mentor project team members.
• Develop project staffing plans, including labor and subcontractor requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
