What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide overall Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) support to the HR department, managers, and employees

Maintain and support the Workday system and other HR applications, including system documentation and report libraries

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of HR projects

Respond to HR staff inquiries about HRIS issues and develop efficient solutions

Create custom reports and maintain documentation of assigned system functions to support HR and business users

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of Workday configuration experience, including Talent Management systems enhancement and support

Knowledge of HR issues such as employee relations, benefits, staffing, and compliance

Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
