  • Manage the full suite of credit cards portfolio with responsibility over the products’ P&L.
  • Develop product value propositions focusing on the segment.
  • Plan and execute portfolio actions across the early customer life cycle.
  • Lead the team to expand usage partnership networks with POS presence and implement seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain market awareness to support decision-making and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Systems Support teams for end-to-end product development, including translating strategies into detailed requirements, developing test scripts, and conducting User Acceptance Tests.
  • Manage new product launches, working with Group Marketing, Communications, and front liners.
  • Evaluate marketing plans to ensure effective messaging.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Manage the credit cards portfolio with P&L responsibility.
  • Develop segment-specific product value propositions.
  • Plan and execute portfolio actions during the early customer lifecycle.
  • Expand usage partnership networks and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Systems Support teams for product development and testing.
  • Oversee new product launches and marketing communications.
  • Business Performance and Management

  • Monitor key performance indicators.
  • Report performance metrics to management timely.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis.
  • People Management

  • Lead teams effectively to meet objectives and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for program rollouts.
  • Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all processes comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure communications adhere to branding, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Requirements

    Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Relevant Work Experience

  • At least 8 years in related fields.
  • Good knowledge of the cards issuing business.
  • Technical / Functional Skills

  • Ability to develop and communicate product and marketing strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
