Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor (Healthcare)

Location : Greenville, SC

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000 per annum base + bonus + $700 a month car allowance + 100% healthcare cover + other benefits

I’m partnered with one of the most well established general contractors in the Carolinas, known for their long-standing relationships with every major healthcare provider in Upstate South Carolina. They are privately held, people-focused and have an annual revenue approaching $1billion. Their team is proud of their exceptionally low turnover and supportive, down-to-earth culture.

They are hiring a Project Manager to work on a $130M hospital and medical office building, located just 400 yards from their Greenville office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project delivery
• Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and strong communication across all stakeholders
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners
• Mentor Assistant PMs and support staff while reinforcing the company’s high standards
