Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain budgets and forecasts for a portfolio of management and GP entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop forecasts for various entities within the portfolio, including analysis of performance-related earnings and distributable earnings.
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and other management reports to facilitate decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Manage cash forecasts, assist with liquidity management, and prepare distribution proposals to optimize cash utilization.
- Streamline finance processes and reporting mechanisms for internal management and external investor reporting.
- Review earnings releases and regulatory filings of industry peers to provide benchmarking insights and recommendations.
- Review debt agreements and prepare necessary certifications to ensure compliance.
- Support ad-hoc finance and accounting requests, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs.
- Provide leadership and supervision to a dedicated team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Assist with the quarterly close process and contribute to system implementations as required.
