MAS Environmental (a NOVA Engineering & Environmental Company) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Construction Manager in the Tampa, Florida metropolitan statistical area to oversee subcontractors on soil excavation projects supporting the construction of environmental remediation systems for petroleum impacted sites. This role is critical to ensuring project execution aligns with safety standards, timelines, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors performing soil excavation and related site work.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company safety protocols.
• Oversee the installation of environmental remediation systems, including piping and plumbing components.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor site progress and provide daily reports to project leadership.
• Troubleshoot field issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and environmental consultants.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, inspections, and change orders.
