Our emergency medicine group is built on the belief that great medicine isnt measured by volume alone, its about people, precision, and presence. CMC is growing fast, with two immediate full-time openings and an additional 10+ physician hires planned to staff our new Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs) opening in 2026 and 2027. SCHEDULE & COVERAGE :

• Minimum of 120 hours per month, with the opportunity to work additional shifts if desiredno cap on monthly shifts, and all are paid at the same rate.
• 12-hour and 10-hour shifts available.
• Rotations between the main ED and FSEDs are expected, though exclusive FSED coverage may be considered.
• Staffing : The (main) ED is staffed with 4 physicians and 3 APPs each day.
• APPs with PIT (Provider in Triage) coverage
• The FSEDs will be staffed according to volume.
• Average 1.5-1.7 patients / hour | LWBS
• No call responsibilities are required for this position.
