Senior Project Manager

Primary Goal and Responsibility

• Perform all office tasks necessary for project management and ensure customer satisfaction and job profitability in accordance with company standards and processes.

Technical Education and Skills Required

• Proficient with computer based programs, specifically MS Office Suite.
• Must be able to work without constant supervision and set and achieve goals.
• Must be proficient in the following areas.
• Knowledgeable with lighting and lighting business.
• Formal material takeoff in compliance with CLi format and policy
• Must be able to read and understand the following :
• Electrical drawings and specifications
• Mechanical drawings
• Architectural drawings
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task
• Possess knowledge of various materials related to the lighting industry including lamps, fixtures, low voltage systems, and installation.

Relationships

• Establish strong relationship with the client’s project team. xklufbp
• Establish relationships with a vast array of vendors and service organizations to provide timely and competitively priced materials.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
