What You’ll Do :

• Prepare and Store Meals : Follow recipes, alert Chef to changes, batch cook for freshness, and comply with HACCP standards.
• Monitor and Record : Maintain cooling charts, record temperatures, and ensure food safety.
• Maintain Hygiene : Demonstrate proper handwashing, glove usage, and maintain a clean environment.
• Label and Store Food : Label all items with use-by dates and ensure proper storage.
• Assist with Meal Service : Prepare accurate meals on time, and maintain consistency and quality.
• Clean and Sanitize : Complete daily cleaning, sanitize equipment, and change sanitizing buckets every two hours.
• Collaborate with Team : Work with servers and attend meetings.
• Follow Policies : Complete duties in eight hours, wear proper uniform and shoes.
