In the role of Wcsc Manager working in our Fort Worth Brewery, you will lead a manufacturing site in the implementation and execution of World Class Supply Chain processes, focusing on achieving the cultural transformation necessary to meet annual operating measures and phase progression goals. Acting as an internal consultant, this role influences all levels of the organization (from leadership team to shop-floor) through strategic planning, capability building, effective communication, and rewards and recognition.

This person will oversee 1-2 direct reports participating in Molson Coors Manufacturing Rotational Program, which is designed to develop the next generation of leaders under the principles of WCSC. You will work closely with the broader supply chain corporate functions to ensure successful delivery of supply chain transformation projects, managing change forecasts impacting the site.

Most importantly, you will lead a team of 1-2 talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.

Drive the site's progress in Wcsc loss elimination and business performance, preparing for the next Wcsc phase over the coming 618 months.

Own the site's change management strategy, building expertise in Wcsc pillars and fostering a culture that thrives on adaptability and continuous improvement.

Connect leaders and teams to streamline communication and decision-making, ensuring the site responds quickly and effectively to change.

Partner with site leadership to set priorities, lead the annual planning cycle, and create a master plan focused on zero-loss goals.

Oversee contingency planning and waste reduction initiatives, delivering robust strategies for operational excellence and sustainability.

Act as the process gatekeeper across departments, promoting consistency while supporting the transition to Best Value Practices (Bvp).

Promote Wcsc principles, provide advanced technical expertise in key pillars, and mentor teams to achieve excellence in execution.

You have 10+ years experience in leading within a manufacturing operations, engineering or World Class Supply Chain environment.

Ability to bring credibility and vision to guide site priorities and influence key decisions.

Experience partnering effectively with stakeholders and fostering teamwork to drive alignment and results.

Simplify complex technical issues for diverse audiences and ensure understanding.

Act as a role model and mentor, providing training and guidance to strengthen Wcsc skills and leadership capabilities.

Leverage mastery of our World Class Supply Chain pillars to assess gaps, coach teams, and connect with corporate technical resources.
