Territory Sales Manager - AZ

Location : Phoenix, Arizona (Remote with Regional Travel, throughout AZ)

A fast-growing provider of stormwater and drainage solutions is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to expand business across Arizona. This role centers on building strong partnerships with engineers, municipalities, and contractors to deliver innovative site development and infrastructure products.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and grow relationships with civil engineering firms, public agencies, and contractors
• Lead presentations, design meetings, and site visits to drive product specifications
• Manage projects from early design through installation to ensure successful outcomes
• Partner with internal technical and estimating teams to support customers
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet business development goals
