Occupational Therapist (OT)Qualifications :

Meets the qualifications as established by AOTAor other professional organization

Licensed to practice OccupationalTherapy in the current state of practice

Must be willing to work in home settings

Valid, unexpired Drivers Licenseand automotive insurance

Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
