Job descriptionEstablished Patient Panel : Seamlessly transition into a practice with a strong patient base. Comprehensive Support : Work alongside experienced CMAs, LPNs, a practice manager, and dedicated registration staff. Collegial Environment : Be part of a compassionate, high-quality team focused on whole-person care. Access to Specialty Services : Integrated referrals to radiology, PT / OT, speech pathology, behavioral health, cardiology, OB / GYN, orthopedics, neurology, oncology, and more. Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician Passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate care Interest in office-based procedures (e.g., biopsies, joint injections, skin lesion removal, I&D, pap smears) A team player eager to contribute to a growing, patient-centered practice
Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a ready-made patient panel while providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.
About the Opportunity
- Location : Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH
- Practice Setting : Outpatient primary care
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible scheduling available)
- Patient Volume : Average of 22-28 patients per day
- Diverse Patient Population : 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics
- Call Schedule : Shared with current providers
