Job Overview :

We are looking for automotive technicians / mechanics who are energetic upbeat and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for must seek solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Honestly assess vehicles and document detailed recommendations of necessary repairs and manufacturers maintenance recommendations
• Maintain professionalism while addressing all customer concerns
• Review TSBs and other service recommendations and translate them to the customers needs
• Politely and professionally communicate cause and correction for our guest concerns regarding their vehicle
• Complete wheel and tire replacements as needed
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety cleanliness and organization
• Responsible for keeping the branded repair vehicle clean and presentable at all times
• Master MFG-level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions are provided by CBA)
