Billing Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team and assist with a mission critical project! In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes while supporting the integration of a new system. Your analytical skills will be key in resolving discrepancies and maintaining high-quality invoice management.
Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze customer contracts to confirm accurate billing specifications within the new system.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, identifying root causes such as contract variances or system errors.
- Monitor and troubleshoot billing operations to ensure seamless functionality.
