Registered Nurse – Progressive / Intermediate Care (R4 Unit)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Progressive / Intermediate Care Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and strong clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities :

Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in an Intermediate / Progressive Care setting.

Monitor patient condition, interpret data, and respond to changes promptly.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes.

Administer medications, document care, and maintain patient safety.

Support patient and family education as part of discharge planning.

Contract Details :

Shift : 12-hour nights

Hours : 36 hours / week

Duration : 13 weeks

Scheduling : Flexible based on facility needs

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Active State RN License .

Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive / Intermediate Care experience.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
