Position Summary :

As a Mobile Service Technician at Nissan, you will play a vital role in providing on-site vehicle maintenance and repairs to our customers at their convenience. You will be equipped with the latest technology and tools to deliver high-quality, efficient, and professional services right at the customer's location.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Nissan vehicles at customer locations.
Ensure all services meet manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
Communicate with customers regarding service recommendations and updates.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed work.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts and tools are available for scheduled appointments.
Represent Nissan and the dealership with professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Ensure the mobile service vehicle is stocked, organized, and maintained to company standards.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification (Preferred).

Nissan or other manufacturer-specific certification (Preferred).

2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to repair various mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
