Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Our Flexible Float Pool!

Position Overview : As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing care across various departments within the Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, gaining diverse experience and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Details :

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
Hours : 36 hours per week

This role offers you the chance to work in a dynamic environment that fosters variety and challenge. You will float between different units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support, enhancing your nursing skills and broadening your clinical experience.

What You'll Do :

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the safest and best patient outcomes.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Flexibility to work 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays per 6-week schedule.

Training & Skills Development :

Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound.

Cross-trained as a Charge Nurse to develop leadership skills.
