We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a newly formed Measurement Science team focused on driving advanced experimentation, causal inference, and digital product measurement. This role plays a key part in quantifying the impact of digital initiatives and guiding data-informed decision-making across product, digital, commercial, finance, and technology teams.
What Youll Do
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A / B tests and experimentation frameworks .
- Develop and implement causal inference models and multi-touch attribution approaches .
- Analyze clickstream and behavioral data to measure digital product performance.
- Conduct incrementality , customer lifetime value , and churn / survival analyses .
- Translate business questions into measurable outcomes and actionable insights.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders across Digital, Product, and Commercial teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to build scalable measurement frameworks and experimentation roadmaps.
- Support ongoing research initiatives focused on digital effectiveness and user engagement.
Must-Have Qualifications
510 years of hands-on experience in measurement , attribution , experimentation , or applied data science .Strong expertise in R (preferred) or Python , especially for statistical and causal modeling.Proven experience using modern data platforms ( Databricks , Redshift , etc.).Deep knowledge of causal inference , A / B testing , and statistical experimentation methods.Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment.Bachelors degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Data Science , or a related field.Preferred Qualifications
Masters or PhD in a quantitative discipline.Experience in consumer , CPG , retail , digital , or eCommerce analytics .Familiarity with AWS-based infrastructure and scalable experimentation tools.Background in marketing science, product experimentation, or econometrics-driven roles.Experience with digital behavior analysis and multi-touch attribution modeling.Ideal Candidate Profile
