Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 45 PM (45-minute lunch)

Pay : $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Reports to : Operations Manager or HR / Logistics Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead and organize our warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory control, team leadership, and logistical support. Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Lead and supervise warehouse personnel (2-3 team members to start, with potential growth).
• ⁠ ⁠Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).
• ⁠ ⁠Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and consumables.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and update minimum and maximum inventory levels; perform audits and produce weekly / monthly reports.
• ⁠ ⁠Organize warehouse layout, implement mapping systems, and ensure proper labeling.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate shipments and logistics, including pickups, carriers, Bills of Lading, and weight / dimension reporting.
• ⁠ ⁠Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE by all warehouse staff.
• ⁠ ⁠Track purchase orders, receipts, and materials in ERP / Excel.
• ⁠ ⁠Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure accuracy in inventory transactions.
