Hours : 80 hours per pay period, 2 p.m. - 10 : 30 p.m., every other weekend scheduled

Shift Differential : $5.10 total ($1.60 evening + $3.50 additional differential)

Sign-On Bonus : $7,500 over 12 months (12-month commitment)
