De-coiler Operator

Staffmark is hiring a skilled and safety-conscious De-coiler Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced warehouse / manufacturing environment in Merkel, TX. In this role, you'll operate machinery, handle heavy materials using forklifts and cranes, and support daily production through accurate inventory tracking.

Pay Rate : $15.50 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities :

• Operate decoiler machinery to feed raw materials into production
• Handle heavy coils using forklifts and overhead cranes
• Track inventory and material movement with RF scanners
• Stage materials based on production orders
• Perform routine equipment checks and report issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals and follow schedules
• Assist with inventory counts and audits
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
