Job descriptionConduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal care delivery. Provide specialized care for patients with sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, with expertise in CPAP and other treatment strategies. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health goals, and progress to improve adherence and outcomes. Support continuity of care through ongoing communication and follow-up. 15,000 sq. ft. facility with state-of-the-art resources, including a cardiac catheterization laboratory, nuclear laboratory, comprehensive ultrasound services, pacemaker clinic, ECP therapy, venous ablation clinic, and full blood laboratory. Ability to accommodate urgent walk-in patients, reducing unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations. Strong emphasis on preventive cardiology, led by a nationally and internationally recognized expert and speaker. Personalized adult and pediatric Sleep Medicine services provided through the Florida Sleep Institute, taking a holistic, mind-body approach to care.
