Our client, a leader in property management and facilities services, is seeking a Site Manager 4 to join their team. As a Site Manager 4, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting on-site operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping on-site.
• Act as the primary liaison with the client, managing staff, financials, and vendors to ensure smooth building operations.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to maintain safety and functionality.
• Respond promptly and positively to requests from clients and occupants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained, including machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
