Job descriptionWe Empower our managers We respect your scheduling needs Get tips immediately Fun environment Strong technical skills with ability to mentor Lead and inspire a team of stylists in a fun, upbeat atmosphere Promote Sharkeys to new customers and potential new team members Deliver outstanding guest experiences for kids and parents alike Oversee scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day salon operations Drive revenue through excellent service, retail sales, and local marketing Hire, Train, and Retain Stylists Complimentary services, discounts, and family-friendly schedule Paid time off per Minnesota earned sick and safe time requirements Supportive ownership that invests in your growth and success Tips and retail commission are paid out regularly Annual performance bonus and profit-sharing potential Continuous education and leadership development Annual raises Valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager's License (required) 2+ years of hands-on-salon experience; management preferred Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a love for creating great guest experiences A team-first attitude and leadership style rooted in positivity and accountability

WE ARE HIRING NOW! We are looking for a happy and energetic manager to join our fun team of stylists. Sharkeys Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. Were on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family! We're opening soon and looking for a motivated Licensed Salon Manager to lead our launch team!
