• Minimum Skills Required :
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configurations
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionality
• Experience working in complex Salesforce orgs
• Experience working with Base customization (Record types, objects, page layouts, macros, flows, reports and dashboards, etc, security models, lightning framework, apps, and consoles
• Understand requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience working with integrations and managed packages.
• Ability to work in aggressive project timelines / Flexible to work with different time zones.
