Job Description

Lead large-scale ground-up projects ($20M-$100M+) across commercial, light industrial, and multifamily sectors from preconstruction through closeout.

Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial control and timely delivery.

Oversee and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, fostering accountability and professional growth.

Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.

Monitor project execution through site visits to verify quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects aligned with goals.
