Inbound SDR
Creative Chaos is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound SDR to manage all incoming sales inquiries. Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings between these leads and our Account Executive (AE).
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to inbound leads (within defined SLAs).
- Conduct initial outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot.
- Nurture cold leads who aren't ready to buy yetadd them to follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing.
- Monitor and triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff and calendar alignment.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and recurring patterns.
