Applications shall be picked up in the Mayor's Office at 126 West 6th Street, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920 or requested at mayor@eastliverpool.com beginning Friday, October 17, 2025.

Applications must be returned to the Mayor's Office, 126 West 6th Street, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920 in person or by E-mail with required attachments by 4 : 00 P.M., Thursday, October 30, 2025.
