The Director of Employee Relations will serve as the company's primary leader for all employee relations matters in the U.S. This individual contributor role will manage workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and employee relations practices while partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, and HR Business Partners. The Director will also design and implement exit survey practices and reporting to provide actionable insights on culture and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Investigations & Case Management

• Conduct and oversee all U.S. workplace investigations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and code of conduct violations.
• Ensure investigations are conducted promptly, thoroughly, and consistently, balancing fairness, compliance, and business needs.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to address issues with potential legal, regulatory, or reputational implications.
