Responsibilities :

Support PM with scheduling, submittals, RFIs and procurement.

Maintain project documentation and assist with cost tracking.

Coordinate subcontractor communication and logistics.

Prepare meeting agendas and update project schedules.

Qualifications :

2–4 years’ experience with a general contractor in commercial construction.

Working knowledge of Procore or similar PM software.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
