What We’re Looking For :

  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Primrose Venture Program experience (minimum 1 year required)
  • Teaching experience (1+ year in a licensed Texas childcare facility)
  • Flexible schedule , able to work various shifts as needed (standard shift : 8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong, relevant experience matters most!

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Support and mentor teachers in the Venture program
  • Assist in training new staff alongside the Leadership Team
  • Conduct classroom observations to ensure curriculum quality
  • Foster a positive, solution-oriented school culture
  • Step into classrooms to provide coverage and support as needed
