As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nanette McClelland-Miller - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders by answering questions and assisting with requests. You’ll be responsible for resolving billing issues, submitting changes on policies, and making policy recommendations. You will also be required to review a customer’s policy and direct calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build personalized relationships with clients.
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails.
- Keep a professional appearance and friendly attitude.
- Pivot to other lines of insurance by recommending available products.
- Ask for referrals and reviews.
- Conduct policy reviews.
- Note every communication with clients in ECRM.
- Directing clients to a sales representative when a policy needs to be initiated.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Have your Property and Casualty state insurance license.
- Obtain an agreement with State Farm within the first two weeks of employment by completing all State Farm training.
- If not already licensed with Life and Health, initiate process within 60 days.
- Prior insurance experience is preferred but not required.
