Join a dynamic team at a fast-growing sports wagering startup as a Customer Service Representative (call center). You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, knowledgeable, and friendly support across multiple channels.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.2+ years of recent call center experience in the sports betting, gaming, or hospitality industry required.Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Familiarity with customer service software and good computer skills.Physical Requirements :
Must be able to sit at a computer workstation for an 8+ hour shift.In an office position, Southwest Las Vegas.Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and weekends.
