Overview

Looking for a new exciting way to practice medicine? Our client is a leading Concierge Medicine company and looking for mission driven Primary Care Physicians to join their practice. Salary will be $1,000,000 by year 2-3 once panel size is established! First year Base is $300-$700k with target of $1,000,000 by year 2-3!

Responsibilities

• Manage chronic and acute illness and injuries
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients
• Provide well checks and house calls
• Be available after-hours by phone for patient communication and care
• Track and review normal physical development as well as psychological well-being
• Establish an outstanding relationship with and lead a team comprised of a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator
• Create personalized reports for patients to help them and the team navigate their health goals and care
