Job Summary

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible for managing a team of BT / RBTs in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of patients. The BCaBA works closely with the Operations and Clinical Teams to ensure quality of care, authorization, supervision, and implementation of treatment plans are provided for the effective treatment of patients. The BCaBA models culture throughout their daily interactions with individuals in the clinic, home, and community settings. The BCaBA oversees and provides training to the clinical team impacting each patient on their caseload across all environments where treatment occurs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake assessments including FBA and curricular assessments; assist with onboarding new patients.
• Develop initial treatment plans and modify them as needed.
• Write treatment protocols and behavior support plans.
• Communicate regularly with parents to facilitate clinical objectives.
• Meet with the Clinic Manager to review treatment plans and discuss case progress.
• Supervise a team of RBTs, including training, support, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct parent training to ensure treatment fidelity and promote skill generalization.
• Develop managerial and leadership skills continuously.
• Support quality assurance by collecting IOA, treatment fidelity data, and reviewing clinical notes.
• Coordinate with the Training Coordinator for additional training needs.
• Supervise and oversee apprentices pursuing certification.
• Participate in educational and development initiatives.
• Maintain BCaBA certification as per BACB requirements.
• Model company culture and adhere to ethical standards and HIPAA policies.
• Work during regular business hours and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
