Your Role as an Account Executive
A s an Account Executive at Mobile Medical, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and ensuring a seamless patient transition from healthcare facilities to home care. Your key responsibilities include :
- Building Relationships – Establish and maintain strong connections with referral sources to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Patient Advocacy – Act as a trusted advocate, facilitating safe and efficient patient transitions from healthcare settings to their homes.
- Team Collaboration – Participate in weekly case conferences and coordinate with community healthcare teams.
- Community Education – Provide informative sessions for residents, caregivers, and wellness directors about our services.
- Continuity of Care – Maintain open communication between physicians, community teams, and home care providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Referral & Admission Coordination – Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and smooth onboarding.
- Executive Communication – Work closely with community executives to uphold high standards of care and service continuity.
What You Need to Succeed
Preferred : Clinical background and / or prior healthcare sales experience (e.g., Practice Manager, healthcare sales, Assisted Living sales) or experience as a clinical liaison.Required : Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.Preferred : Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Required : Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Required : Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend sales meetings (Melbourne to Ft. Lauderdale, FL).Required : Exceptional customer service and written / verbal communication skills.Required : Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.Why Choose Mobile Medical?
