Key Responsibilities
Guide the Business Transformation Office and champion project governance across the organization
Manage all project phases, ensuring coordination with impacted business processes and stakeholders
Prepare project budgets, analyze variances, and create reports on project metrics and progress
Required Qualifications
BS / BA degree in a relevant discipline preferred
7-10 years of experience in enterprise or large-scale initiatives
Proficient in business analysis, project management, and software development lifecycle methodologies
Experience with project planning software and collaboration tools
Demonstrated leadership experience in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
