Connecting Hearts Home Care, LLC is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our clients, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

• Responsibilities :
• Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping- Monitor and document client's progress and condition- Follow care plans and report any changes to the supervisor
• Requirements :
• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required- Compassionate and patient attitude- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team- Must pass a background check- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Salary Range :
