Role - Lead SPM Developer

Location Charlotte NC

• ServiceNow modules : CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and CSDM
• Architect Design configure and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB SPM SAM APM / EA Discovery and Service Mapping
• Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g. scripting automation APIs)
• Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g. Ariba cloud services messaging platforms)
• Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization reconciliation and data certification
• Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services
• Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT SIT and production validation
• Collaborate with architects business analysts and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions
• Develop technical documentation runbooks and support materials
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Participate in deployment planning cutover support and post-go-live stabilization
