Associate Dentist – Part-Time | Private Practice | Kansas City, MO

Michael D. Arnett DDS, PC is a relationship-focused, privately owned dental practice with two established locations in Briarcliff (Riverside, MO) and First City (Leavenworth, KS). We are known for our commitment to clinical excellence, integrity, and patient-centered care.

We’re currently seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to join our supportive and highly collaborative team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider looking to grow within a well-managed practice that values mentorship, consistency, and a positive team culture. The role has potential to expand as patient demand increases.

Compensation and Benefits

• 750 / day guaranteed for the first three months

Schedule

Tuesday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Rotating between Briarcliff Dental Care and First City Dental Care

Opportunity to grow into additional days as demand allows

Responsibilities

Perform general dentistry procedures including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions

Diagnose, treatment plan, and educate patients on oral health

Maintain accurate records and charting

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Work in alignment with our team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

Active Missouri and Kansas dental licenses (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong general dentistry skills

Excellent chairside manner and communication abilities

Interest in continued education and professional development

Experience in endo, surgery, or Invisalign is a plus, but not required
